You can use this form as a consumer to submit a cancellation statement for a distance contract concluded online (electronic cancellation function under Section 356a German Civil Code).

Please enter your name, your email address (for the statutory receipt confirmation) and details to identify your booking — e.g. booking reference, dates and accommodation type. You do not need to give a reason.

Note: For accommodation contracts with a fixed arrival date, statutory cancellation rights may not apply under Section 312g(2) no. 9 BGB. You may still send us a statement here; we will review your request and get back to you.
